Position: Plumbing Service Technician (Commercial)

Can you...

• Install, repair, and maintain underground PVC, cast iron, and ductile iron piping systems?
• Install and repair floor drains, cleanouts, and related commercial drainage components?
• Install and maintain roof drains and associated piping (PVC and cast iron)?
• Install and service a wide range of plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, mop/floor sinks, water heaters, and more?
• Perform drain cleaning (cabling), operate diagnostic cameras, and use jetters for clearing tough blockages?
• Work confidently and safely, either independently or as part of a skilled team?

What We're Looking For (Senior-Level Role)

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of commercial plumbing experience required
• Strong technical proficiency in installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Valid Driver's License
• Journeyman License strongly preferred (not required)
• Backflow Certification preferred

This is a role for an experienced professional who can step onto a jobsite, take the lead, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results with minimal oversight.
