Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our HVAC services, and cultivating long-term client partnerships. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of HVAC solutions, and a desire to succeed, we want to meet you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO :Generate New Business:
- Identify and pursue sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our commercial and industrial client base.
- Qualify prospects and schedule client meetings.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored HVAC service and maintenance solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight value and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular follow-ups and identify upselling opportunities.
- 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in commercial or industrial markets.
- Proven success in business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
