What Impact You’ll Have- You’ll get to work on a team of TEMPEST engineers and SMEs performing TEMPEST testing and providing TEMPEST engineering recommendations to help ensure the security of our nation's systems. You’ll get to work onsite with the customer, integrated into their team to ensure mission success.
- Ensure that TEMPEST testing requirements are defined by the customer’s Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA).
- Evaluate engineering change proposal (ECP) packages to ensure the proposed changes do not impact the TEMPEST integrity of the device, or if necessary, additional TEMPEST testing is performed to re‑certify the device.
- Attend technical meetings with crypto device users/customers, CSCM’s and vendor partners.
- Provide TEMPEST lab testing of certified cryptographic devices to ensure it meets the current National TEMPEST standard.
- Perform TEMPEST field testing of cryptographic equipment to discover vulnerabilities in insecure systems.
- Provide subject‑matter‑expert (SME) support when a cryptographic device has a TEMPEST vulnerability.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Certified TEMPEST Professional Level II (CTP‑II)
- 3+ years of experience with TEMPEST testing and/or TEMPEST manufacturing
- Military or IC experience in a relevant technical or RF field is preferred.

Pay Range: $175,000 – $195,000 USD
