The OpportunityAre you ready to shape the future of global security? The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cyber Program Manager to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) mission. In this mission we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support to DC3, specifically the Enterprise Management and Plans & Policy organizations.

What you’ll be doingThe PM provides overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the DC3 Customer. The PM facilitates Government and Contractor communications, uses industry‑best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensures all tasks are accomplished IAW the customer’s requirements. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of Leidos’ performance on the program.
NeededExperience, Skills, and Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 or more years of experience or a Masters degree and 6 or more years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with in the last ten years managing a large‑scale government project or program.
- Experience with in the last five years overseeing and determining manpower requirements for large scale government projects, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
- Experience with in the last five years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics).
- Active DoD TS/SCI required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.
- Experience with the DC3 mission and/or large scale enterprise and cybersecurity operations.
