The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cyber Program Analyst/Requirements Manager to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) mission. In this mission we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, forensic, and program management support to DC3, specifically the Enterprise Management and Resources organization

What you'll be doingThe Program Analyst/Requirements Lead assists in establishing, maintaining, and executing the Government's portfolio and requirements management processes by developing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting methodologies, tools, and documentation related to requirements definition, prioritization, scheduling, cost, and performance tracking. This requires collaborating with Program Managers and Directorates to support PPBE activities, requirements intake and adjudication processes, and integrate program execution. This person provides analytical support to identify duplicative, inefficient, or disconnected requirements or processes and produce timely documentation, reports, and metrics for Government review.
While applying industry best practices related to program management tools, processes, and PMO structures, this individual proactively communicates risks, issues, and opportunities to the PMO Chief and Government stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years relevant experience, Master's degree and 6 or more years relevant experience, or PhD 3+ years relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Specialized experience leading large, complex projects for DoW or Federal government.
- Experience with developing and managing schedules using MS Project.
- Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management and project control concepts.
- Knowledge of the process and procedure by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented.
