Occupational Therapist – Pediatric (Full-Time, W-2)
Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned pediatric practice providing strengths-based, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We are hiring our first Occupational Therapist to help build OT services within our growing practice.
Position Highlights- Hybrid schedule: in-person sessions plus two dedicated teletherapy afternoons/evenings

- Manageable caseload with built-in indirect time
This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with neurodivergent children, values collaboration, and is interested in helping shape a new OT program within an established speech therapy practice. You’ll work closely with SLPs in a supportive, clinician-led environment.
