ResponsibilitiesAs a Relationship Banker, you will embrace SECU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. Your day may start by consulting with members about their banking needs, reviewing current banking relationships, following up on a business loan, or strategizing to help a member save for college, a home, a wedding, or another significant life milestone. You may also attend community events or volunteer activities, earning up to 12 hours of paid time off per quarter.
Every day offers the chance to demonstrate an engaging personality and build emotional connections with diverse, inclusive relationships within SECU and the communities we serve. By promoting financial literacy, the credit union movement, and our talent brand, you help increase member loyalty through empathy, compassion, heart, authenticity, and knowledge of SECU banking products and services.
- Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry role, with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals with strong familiarity of retail banking products and services.
Compensation is based on experience and may include hourly pay, quarterly incentives, and annual corporate‑wide incentives.

- Hourly Pay Range:
Min. $21.35 – Max. $32.02
- Hourly Pay Range:
- Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II
- Hourly Pay Range:
Min. $24.62 – Max. $39.42
- Hourly Pay Range:
- Quarterly incentives based on productivity goals
