Mechanical Engineer

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of commercial projects including higher education, museums, and institutional work. A key part of the role is proficiency in Revit design for building design. Our organization is structured horizontally, offering employees the chance to work on a variety of project types.

The role might require occasional site visits and gives the opportunity to see your completed projects in person.

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• 3-7 years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit design
• Project management experience is a plus
• P.E. and EIT license is a plus

• Ability to work on diverse project types
• Ability to manage a team (for higher level candidates)
• Willingness to conduct site visits

This is a fully on-site position in LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Maryland.

This role is 100% in-office, offering flexibility on start times between 7am-9am, with an expectation of consistency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, MD.

Pay range: $70,000 - $100,000/hr.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 15, 2026.
