The Microelectronics, Design, and Applications (MDA) organization is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Factory Data Analyst to join our team and pioneer new approaches, design and implement technologies for a computer integrated manufacturing system. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, design engineers, and superconducting foundry engineers to make these technologies a reality.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Factory Data Analyst . This position is located at the Linthicum, MD location.

What You’ll get to Do:

• Integrate various data sources into a data management platform

• Design and develop ETL and ELT processes

• Identify requirements for effective data management

• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure data management needs are met

• Evaluate COTS tools

• Document data management platform

This is a dual level requisition which can be filled at either the Principal Factory Data Analyst or Sr. Principal Factory Data Analyst level.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Factory Data Analyst:

• A bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, 3 years of experience with a master’s degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD

• Experience in microelectronics manufacturing or semiconductor fabs, including experience with semiconductor computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) components

• Experience with different data storage methodologies

• Understanding of data governance

• Understanding of different database architectures

• Must be willing to work on site 100% of time

• Limited travel to local Northrop Grumman facilities may be required

• This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance per business requirements
