To be a lead teacher, the qualifications include:

• 1 year of childcare experience
• An associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
• 45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certification
• 45 Hour Preschool Curriculum Certification
• 45 Hour Growth and Development Certification
• Americans with Disabilities (ADA)
• Basic Health and Safety
• Breastfeeding
• Sudden Infant Death Syndrome training (SIDS)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Medication Administration Training
• 9-hour communication training
• Allergy Training
• And Sexual Abuse training
