Senior CNC Programmer – Swiss (Journeyman Level)Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $40–$50/hour + Quarterly KPI Bonus
Location:
Must be able to support both facilities in Minnesota (Lino Lakes and Circle Pines)
We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer with strong Swiss machining expertise. This is a hands‑on role responsible not only for programming, but also for machine setup and operation. Once jobs are running efficiently, oversight transitions to operators — this is not a programming-only position.

- Program, set up, and operate complex multi‑axis CNC machines
- Optimize tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies
- Troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and train operators and setup personnel7+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong machining background in Swiss‑style equipment
- Experience with Gibbs
CAM or ESPRIT (Mastercam experience also considered) - Experience in regulated, high‑precision environments (medical device preferred)
- Ability to support both Swiss and Lathe/Mill Turn departments
Swiss Department: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16
Lathe/Mill Turn: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i‑150
Software: Gibbs
