Overview
We're seeking a detail‑oriented Service Coordinator to support daily service operations and ensure a smooth experience for customers and vendors.
Location, Compensation, and ScheduleLino Lakes, MN (Onsite)
$22-$24/hr
Mon-Fri | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Responsibilities- Process and track work orders from start to finish
- Order parts and maintain accurate system updates
- Prepare customer quotes and coordinate scheduling
- Build and maintain vendor/service provider relationships
- Provide excellent customer communication and follow‑up
- Approve vendor invoices and support billing processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Interest in learning warehouse equipment (compactors, balers, forklifts, etc.)
- High School Diploma/GED + ability to pass a background check
