SummaryUnder the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor, fill and ship sales orders, samples, returns, RMA’s and perform cycle counts as required.
Responsibilities- Process orders and samples in agreement with the Warehouse SOP.
- Help with the developing, implementing and maintaining of warehouse procedures.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are adhered to on a daily basis.
- Receive and process customer returns (RMA’s).
- Cycle count finish good items and submit findings for inventory correction.
- Be involved in all staff and company training, to include forklift recertification.
- Ensure all production stock is moved to inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Ship small parcel orders using NDS ship link small parcel software.
- Coordinate special Marketing requests and assist with special projects.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in a warehouse environment with an increasing level of responsibility and education.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping practices.
- Ability to comprehend and follow procedures and instructions.
- Ability to process order fulfillment using wireless devices and printers.
- Must be able to lift minimum of 40 lbs. must be able to operate forklift day or night.
- Warehouse environment to include inside and outside storage space which may be noisy and dirty.
- Personal Protective equipment required – Safety Glasses, closed toe footwear and ear plugs.
