We are looking for the RIGHT drivers — not just anyone.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs
• Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Operate dump trucks and/or side dump equipment safely and efficiently
• Secure and transport loads properly to prevent loss or damage
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow dispatch schedules and communicate clearly with management and customers
• Demonstrate strong time management and ability to work independently
• Represent the company professionally at job sites and with customers

• Hold a valid CDL (Class A preferred)
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening
• Have a clean driving record and current DOT Medical Card
• No DUI convictions that would prevent insurability under company policy
• Are dependable and self-motivated
• Are safety-minded with strong situational awareness
• Are responsible and detail-oriented
• Maintain a professional, respectful attitude and work well with others
• Demonstrate strong common sense and good judgment
• Have a positive attitude and team-player mindset
