Washer & Dryer Technician

Job Requirements

• Experience repairing residential washers and dryers
• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
• Ability to cover
  
  Salt Lake County,Utah County, or both
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances (washers, dryers, basic - ranges and refrigerator knowledge,)
• Perform warranty service calls and document work completed
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools in service vehicle
• Communicate ETAs and job updates to dispatch/customers
• Complete digital job tickets with photos and customer signatures
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly
• Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Assist with delivery and installation when needed

• 2+ years appliance repair experience (or HVAC/electrical background)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Own basic hand tools and multimeter
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in tight spaces
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Smartphone proficiency for digital work orders
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Customer-focused with professional appearance
