As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Account Representative to expand our footprint and strengthen our contractor relationships throughout Utah and Salt Lake counties.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on new business development and building strong contractor partnerships.

As an Outside Sales Account Representative, you will take ownership of your territory — identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor to contractors and project managers.

You’ll play a direct role in driving revenue growth while helping customers keep their projects moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new contractor accounts
• Conduct jobsite visits and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Build long-term partnerships with contractors and project managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth in a competitive market

What You Bring

• Experience growing contractor or commercial accounts in a competitive sales environment (preferred)
• Construction or equipment knowledge (a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Confidence working independently in the field
