- Oversee and optimize company-wide operations
- Lead and elevate the Customer Success function (retention, expansion, onboarding, support)
- Implement scalable systems, processes, and performance KPIs
- Own SaaS operational metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, LTV, CAC efficiency, gross margin)
- Build forecasting models and operational reporting for executive team & board visibility
- Improve cross-functional alignment between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product
- Establish hiring plans and org structure as we scale
- Drive accountability and operational discipline across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation where possible
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience
- Proven experience in a venture-backed SaaS company (Series A–C preferred)
- Strong background in Customer Success leadership
- Demonstrated ownership of retention, expansion, and churn metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience reporting to executive leadership and/or board
- Experience scaling a SaaS company from early growth to mid-stage
- Experience implementing CS platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Gainsight, Salesforce)
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Experience building operational dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required)
- Data-driven but people-focused
- Process-oriented and systems-minded
- Highly accountable and execution-driven
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong communicator who can align teams and drive results
- $140,000 – $160,000 base salary DOE
- 401K Option
