Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Representative to join a 20-time best of state winning team! We are looking for a competitive sales representative to develop relationships, win new clients and help businesses across Utah (and nationwide) with Payroll, Human Resources, and Timekeeping. The successful salesperson will source new opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate excels at solution‑based selling and thinks like an entrepreneur.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Pay Logics’ payroll, HR, and timekeeping services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer success
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, driving company growth and market presence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs to position Pay Logics as a trusted partner
- Represent Pay Logics at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness
- Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth

Compensation for this role is $45,000–$65,000 plus commissions
, with final offers based on experience and qualifications.
