Scenic Solutions is a fast paced custom fabrication shop that specializes in building scenery for; corporate events film and television, restaurants, retail outlets and various custom elements for corporate and individual projects. If you enjoy a challenge, like using creativity and dislike doing the same thing every day, this could be the job for you.
ResponsibilitiesThis position works closely with Account Executives & Project Managers to identify the appropriate materials, quantities, and budget for each project. Negotiating best prices and manage vendor relationships. Booking shipping and local labor around the country for our various projects. Create and issue Purchase Orders using Quick Books. Assist with maintaining the company's fleet of motor vehicles, shop and office equipment and facilities.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone with good judgement that is proactive and has a sense of urgency to procure materials necessary to complete our wide array of projects. Attention to detail and excellent people skills are a must. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Quick Books and MS Office is necessary.
