We’re looking for a well-rounded Media Buyer to help scale eCommerce revenue across paid platforms. Paid Social is the core of this role (Meta-first), with additional channels including Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, Google, and other platforms. You’ll manage and scale multiple offers while maintaining strict efficiency targets tied to CPA, contribution margin, and profitability.
This role is designed for a buyer who can execute day-to-day campaign management and think strategically about offer-level performance, creative testing, and scaling spend without breaking KPIs. You’ll work closely day to day with Creative, Analytics, and Funnel/Post-Click teams to improve performance across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Offer-Level Ownership & Profitability
- Manage and scale multiple eCommerce offers/funnels simultaneously.
- Maintain CPA and profitability targets while increasing spend and volume.
- Monitor blended performance across platforms and make budget decisions accordingly.
- Optimize toward new customer acquisition and contribution margin.

- Meta (primary channel)
- Tik Tok & Tik Tok Shop
- Google (PMax / Search / You Tube)
- Snapchat – optional but a plus
Allocate budgets across offers and platforms based on performance and business goals.
Build and maintain testing frameworks for audiences, campaigns, and placements.
Google & Branding Support- Support paid efforts across the Google ecosystem as needed, including You Tube, Display, Search, and Performance Max.
- Collaborate with the team to align upper-funnel branding initiatives with direct-response goals and promo timelines.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate measurement via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) and maintain clean conversion tracking.
- Contribute to creative direction for You Tube/Display (messaging, offers, angles) and help coordinate asset needs with the creative team.
- Assist with planning and execution of branding spend, including working with external agencies when applicable.
- Partner with the creative team to iterate on winning angles, hooks, and formats.
- Write and own creative briefs and structured testing plans in partnership with the creative team.
- Build testing roadmaps, identify fatigue early, and pivot quickly.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new tests and variations to support scaling.
- Own offer-level reporting and performance insights.
- Understand attribution differences (platform vs blended) and communicate impact clearly.
- Deliver actionable insights to align spend with broader revenue targets.
- 2–4+ years of eCommerce media buying experience (DTC preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (required).
- Experience scaling Tik Tok campaigns;
Tik Tok Shop experience is a major plus. - Familiarity with Google (PMax/Search/You Tube) preferred.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, creative iteration, and scaling strategy.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets (or higher).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance and make decisions fast.
- Comfortable working in a high-output, high-accountability environment.
- Strong Tik Tok Shop scaling experience.
- Direct-response creative knowledge (hooks, offers, UGC frameworks and script writing).
- Experience running high-volume sale events at scale.
- Familiarity with subscription/LTV models and retention dynamics.
- Experience managing multiple offers at once with strict margin targets.
- Experience with workflow tools (Asana) and collaboration/reporting tools.
- Comfortable in Excel and performance dashboards
We’re not looking for someone who simply “runs ads.” We’re looking for someone who understands how to scale offers profitably, works closely with creative to improve what’s converting, and takes ownership over performance outcomes.
