The Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager executes campaigns across key marketing channels, such as email, SMS, and loyalty programs, under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the lifecycle team with the operational aspects of campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.

• Assist in the execution of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns from start to finish.
• Help with segmentation of customer data for targeted campaigns based on behaviors and lifecycle stages.
• Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization based on performance data.
• Assist with campaign reporting, analyzing metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets and messaging align with the campaign goals.
• Support customer retention efforts through win-back campaigns and engagement activities.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic data analysis and segmentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
