This Staff Accountant position will play a key role in keeping our billing operations running smoothly and accurately. They will support our internal teams and carrier partners by ensuring commissions, policy activity, and financial data are handled in a way that represents Trucordia's care and attention to detail.

• Locate and reconcile carrier commission statements with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with agency representatives to support policy triage needs.
• Monitor month end bank reconciliations and provide assistance where needed.
• Ensure data is entered into internal systems promptly and consistently.
• Support the full month end close process by staying aligned with key deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
