We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our employee-owned team at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL
! This position is open for PRN to cover Weekdays.

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients  needs 🎯
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment 💼
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation 📊
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life-changing outcomes for patients 🤝
• Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community 🌟

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program 🎓
• Valid state license 🏅
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed ⏰
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required! ✨️
