Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct interaction with customers or vendors is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and require cooperation with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and management.

Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with limited supervision, and maintain focus on store objectives.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work with little/some supervision while maintaining integrity at all times.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interactions with customers and vendors.
• Ability to support key operational responsibilities and adapt to store-specific requirements.
• Experience in roles such as Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, or Customer Service Representative is noted as possible positions.

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
