• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Preferred:
  Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
