Fresh Realm is currently hiring for a Runner
Associate
. Runner associates will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. Follows all safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities- Receive foods, assemble Meal kits to recipe specifications, ship kits following Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards.
- Works on a limited number of food areas, lines, processes, or items. Work is relatively routine from week to week.
- May regularly operate standard conveyor belts or multiple pieces of essential equipment (approximately 30% of total equipment).
- Package meal kits following prescribed processes and procedures. Deviation from normal processes must be approved.
- Rotate and check food ingredients for freshness. May receive products and ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
- Keep work areas/assembly clean, demonstrating clean-as-you-go practices.
- May be required to complete essential paperwork related to food preparation, packaging, or labeling.
- Required to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) as prescribed.
- In coordination with the team lead, identifies issues with Product, Food Safety, Quality, or Equipment and escalates matters to other departments or higher levels when needed. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
- Experience applying and enforcing routine Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a chilled food environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
- Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills
- General high school degree/GED or equivalent preferred

The wage for this position is $18 P/HR
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
