Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our team by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
