Position overview:
Seasonal Selling Associate

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• On the sales floor: drive store sales by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
• At the cash wrap: deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience, process transactions accurately, reinforce buying decisions, and encourage additional purchases
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards and ensure floor readiness
• Support processing and replenishment tasks, including markdowns, re-ticketing, and handling out-of-stock items
• Floorset activity: execute floorsets proficiently and adhere to brand standards; maintain back room and under stock

• Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures

Benefits

• Minimum Salary: $16.00
• Maximum Salary: $19.75
• VS&Co provides a range of compensation; actual salary determined by factors including skills, experience, and geography
