Your Role
We are seeking a Director of Facility Development to serve as a senior, external-facing leader responsible for establishing, deepening, and closing relationships with healthcare facilities. This role is critical to Lyric's growth and success—acting as a trusted partner to facility leadership while translating Lyric's value into long-term, sustainable partnerships. This individual will provide a warm welcome into facilities and be responsible for building credibility, navigating complex stakeholders, and driving adoption through strong relationship management and strategic deal execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Facility Engagement & Relationship Building- Own and drive relationships with healthcare facilities, serving as the senior point of contact from initial engagement through ongoing partnership
- Build trust with executive, operational, and clinical leaders by deeply understanding facility workflows, pain points, and business priorities
- Represent Lyric in meetings, onsite visits, and industry events as a credible, consultative partner
- Establish long-term partnerships grounded in transparency, reliability, and shared outcomes
- Lead complex, relationship-driven facility deals from prospecting through close
- Navigate facility decision-making processes and stakeholders to move partnerships forward
- Clearly articulate Lyric's value proposition in a way that resonates with facility leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure, negotiate, and finalize agreements
- Serve as the quarterback for facility onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation
What You'll Bring
- This is a field-based position, ability to travel is required.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, facility sales, business development, or provider-facing roles
- Proven success closing complex, relationship-driven deals with healthcare facilities
- Experience operating in healthcare, revenue cycle, eligibility, enrollment, or adjacent domains strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in high-growth environments where credibility and trust matter as much as execution
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate value clearly to executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and multi-threaded relationships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect partnership outcomes to facility goals
Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year
