Sprayer Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Sprayer Operator to join our team, focusing on the safe and effective application of Crop Protection Products, Micronutrition, and Fertiliser to a range of Agricultural settings in and around the Wigtoft area.

The Sprayer Operator role involves operating self-propelled Agricultural spraying equipment, driving various Agricultural application tools, and ensuring the accurate and safe application of products to a range of farms in and around the local area.

Additionally, our next Sprayer Operator will be responsible for:

• Operating and filling all spraying application equipment safely.
• Driving ATV style application equipment if qualified to do so.
• Operating and filling all spraying and application equipment safely.
• Applicating a range of products accurately and safely to areas required.
• Loading and unloading goods and checking them against order forms. Placing goods in vans, trailers, bowsers and other equipment.
• Moving heavy packages and pallets using forklift machinery.
• Ensuring the work area is kept neat, tidy & safe.

The successful post holder will be well organised with an ambition to work within the agriculture industry. Additional requirements include:

• A driving licence is essential for this role.
• Experience driving large vehicles & ATV’s is beneficial, but not essential as we will provide all relevant training.
• It would also be beneficial to have either a PA1, PA2 or PA4 qualification.
• This role does require manual work as well as overtime in line with the seasonal demands of our business.
