CORE JAVA / .NET DEVELOPER

Our client is seeking an experienced Core Java / .NET Developer to guide our current development team in modernizing legacy apps while also building innovative applications for the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery of scalable applications and microservices. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the team.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications and APIs.
• Drive the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

• Strong Full stack Development experience, leaning heavily on Back-end services. (Node, Java, .NET)
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, or Oracle).
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and design principles.
• Experience with GIT or other version‑control systems.
• Experience with Azure cloud services preferred
• Experience with Harness pipeline.
• Familiarity with any assist tools.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of deployment and caching strategies.
• Experience with Marigold or other Loyalty solutions nice to have
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project delivery.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
