About the Opportunity
A rare opportunity has arisen to join this esteemed ECC team in Lincolnshire, as an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon. This role offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic field of Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) within a supportive and progressive environment that prioritises clinical excellence and work-life balance.
Role OverviewAs an Out-of-Hours Emergency Vet, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to small animals and exotics. The role involves working one weekend on and three weekends off (1:4), with shifts running from 08:00 on Saturday morning to 19:00 on Sunday evening. You will be responsible for sole charge, with support readily available, handling a diverse caseload that includes stabilisation, critical care of inpatients, surgical and medical diagnostic/treatment procedures, and OOH consultations.

Additionally, RCVS, VDS, and approved professional memberships are fully paid, and you will receive unwavering support from a highly skilled and experienced nursing team.

Ideal candidates will possess solid clinical judgement, a calm demeanour under pressure, and a keen interest in emergency medicine and surgery. Certificate holders or those currently studying towards one in ECC are warmly encouraged to apply.
