Re-Pack Associate

JOB TITLE: Repacking Temp

JOB LOCATION: Lincolnshire

JOB TYPE: Temp

PAY: $17/Hour

SHIFT: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pick, pack, and process product for domestic orders, ensuring accuracy
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to sequence
• Open crates and move materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other areas
• Ensure materials are packaged securely to prevent damage
• Process shipments per customer instructions
• Routinely enter and extract data from computer systems
• Maintain an orderly and safe work environment, including general housekeeping
• Support co-workers in other departments as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines, department, and corporate policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years prior warehouse experience required; 3–5 years preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding weights/measures
• Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of packaging methods
• Basic computer skills (word processing Petra, spreadsheet applications)

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push, and pull for long periods
• Ability to drive a car and climb step ladders up to 15 feet
• Must wear steel‑toed shoes at all timesonomy
• Work primarily in a warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and moving equipment
• May involve working around chemicals and performing tasks in potentially loud environments
