Delivery Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of both AI‑powered and custom solutions for Cognida’s clients, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. This hybrid role requires extensive experience in product development as well as a strong background in delivering AI solutions, with proven leadership skills to drive successful outcomes in both areas.

• Lead and oversee the development of both AI products and tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI product development—from ideation and design to delivery and iteration—while also ensuring timely and quality delivery of client‑specific solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to define roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation for both product development and solutions deployment.
• Drive the development of scalable AI‑powered products, taking them from concept through to production, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Lead the delivery of customized AI‑driven solutions that address specific customer needs and challenges.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations for both product and solutions deliveries.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor cross‑functional teams that span both product development and solutions delivery, ensuring effective collaboration across AI, engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the resolution of challenges and escalations in both product and solution development environments.
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and vendors, ensuring alignment on product and solution goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and deliver AI‑driven solutions that meet their specific needs, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure clear communication regarding risks, milestones, and expectations.
• Identify and manage risks in the delivery of both products and client‑specific solutions, applying proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that both products and solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and security, maintaining a focus on innovation and business impact.
• Utilize robust project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure effective delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly within AI and product development, to ensure Cognida remains a leader in delivering innovative solutions.
• Drive process improvements across both product and solutions delivery teams, ensuring the most effective and efficient methods for delivering value to customers.
• Encourage experimentation and ideation to find creative solutions that address both internal and client needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

• 15–18 years of experience in both product development and solutions delivery, with at least 2–3 years of focus on AI technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑driven products and custom solutions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in leading diverse teams across product and solution development life cycles.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in both product development and custom client solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving collaboration across teams.
• Expertise in managing Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
