We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. With a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment, you will lead by example and inspire your team to provide exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among staff members.
  • Conduct regular rounds and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including QAPI and MDS, to ensure compliance and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care.
Requirements
  • Current RN license and registration with the Illinois Department of Public Health.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
