What will you be doing?As an Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our children’s services – driving quality, compliance, and innovation across your area. You’ll:
- Oversee and lead 5 residential homes (with more to come)
- Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory standards
- Coach, support and guide Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care
- Drive improvement, innovation and cultural excellence
- Contribute to strategic planning and the growth of our services
- Champion our core values and inspire your teams to do the same

About YouWhat do you need to bring?
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification in child/adult care/support)
- Significant management/supervisory experience in multi‑site settings
- Experience working effectively with people with learning disabilities and/or special needs
- A solid understanding of the Children Act 1989, Quality Standards, statutory regulations, and how they apply in practice – including inspection frameworks
- Confidence in applying relevant legislation and guidance to ensure quality and compliance
