• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but on‑the‑job training is offered
• Overnight shift experience is often preferred
• Trustworthiness and professionalism
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to be reliable, empathetic, and flexible (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt (preferred)

• Build a positive relationship with your client by engaging in conversations and participating in their favorite hobbies
• Perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed
• Provide individualized care as detailed in a care plan
• Remain calm and collected during emergencies
