Head of Pre-Prep

The School is seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Pre-Prep to be responsible for leading the Pre-Prep department in all matters relating to the education, welfare, health & safety of the pupils and the day-to-day management of the staff. As a member of the School's Senior Management Team (SMT), the role will involve working with the Headmaster and SMT to contribute to, and implement, the strategic view of the School.

The successful candidate will have proven ability as an excellent teacher, with a strong and passionate understanding of education and of curriculum development at national and school levels. With excellent interpersonal skills, administration and leadership skills, you will have the ability to really inspire and develop pupils, whilst successfully leading the department.
