Customer Service Rep
We are seeking confident, friendly, and reliable staff to join our team at the Golden Palm Indoor Fun Pool. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking bookings for our activities and swimming sessions in person and over the phone. They will provide excellent customer service, maintaining records and deal with general enquiries. This role includes weekend and evening.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Tills, handle cash, and card payments accurately.
- Assist guests with enquiries and provide a friendly welcoming service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as required.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure a high standard of operations.
- Keep a clean service and area and assist with cleaning of customer areas.
- Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable manner
- Keen eye for detail and inputting data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, unsociable hours and holidays.
