Are you an experienced courier driver looking for steady weekday work with one of the world’s most recognisable logistics brands?

M4 Specialist is hiring on behalf of DHL International for professional Van Courier Drivers based out of their Lincoln depot. If you’ve got 2+ years of courier experience and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-drop environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Part-time work 2-3 days per week.

💷 Pay Rates (PAYE) for a Courier Driver:

* £14.25/hr standard (days)

* £20.13/hr overtime
   ✅ Weekly pay | PAYE only | Part-time ongoing work

🕐 Shift Info for a Courier Driver:

* Monday to Friday (min 2-3 shifts per week, no weekends!)

* 8:00am – 5:30pm (30 min unpaid break)

* Shifts average 9 hours

* Part-time Ongoing work – no seasonal cut-offs

🚚 What You’ll Be Doing for a Courier Driver:

* Delivering 80–100 stops daily to DHL customers

* Working to delivery schedules efficiently and professionally

* Representing DHL International as a reliable, courteous brand ambassador

* Ensuring all paperwork and handheld scanners are used correctly

* Operating within all road safety and company compliance standards

✅ What You’ll Need as a Courier Driver:

* 2+ years' courier/multi-drop van experience

* Aged 25+ (for insurance purposes)

* Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, SP offences only)

* No previous driving disqualifications

* 5-year verifiable employment history

* Require a DBS

* Willingness to complete a driving assessment and induction before starting
