Projects range from £20K - £500K.
Duties:
* New plumbing installations for kitchens & bathrooms, repairs & maintenance of water pipes, drainage & heating systems in residential buildings
* Working on water supply, waste disposal, cutting, shaping & joining pipework
* Dealing with leaks, burst pipes, faulty joints, drainage issues etc.
* General plumbing works
Attributes:
* Time-served experienced professional plumber
* NVQ, C&G, RQF qualified, ideally to level 3
* Have a van & tools
* Happy to cover a geographical area that is 1 hour from Lincoln, including Lincolnshire & some Nottinghamshire work
* Can work alone or as part of a team
* Some other multi-trade skills would be ideal but not essential
