Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Multi skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team based on the outskirts of Lincoln.

You will be site based working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

• Maintain equipment to optimal standards. Ensure all machinery and equipment are kept in peak condition, and document through diligent planned preventive maintenance (PPM) systems
• Swiftly address faults and breakdowns and respond to production requests. Employ fault-finding techniques to promptly resolve issues and provide engineering assistance, communicating effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to rectify problems
• Minimize breakdowns and seek improvements. Keep equipment in good working order, identify opportunities to reduce downtime costs, and upkeep planned maintenance program
• Plan for machinery downtime. Coordinate with production teams to schedule service, modifications, or necessary repairs
• Manage spare parts inventory. Maintain stock of essential spare parts where practicable and procure parts for service and repair work
