Carpenter​/Multi

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Carpenter/Multi Trade Operative.

Our client is a well-established, Leading Construction Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding it's reactive VOID & maintenance and repairs team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

* 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry such as kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing etc.

* 2nd Fix Plumbing – tap, basin and toilet changes

* Patch Tiling

* Patch Plastering

* UPVC repairs and maintenance

* Double glazed unit replacement

* Minor Brickwork

* Sealing/Silicone

* Snagging Works

* Patch Plastering

* Logging works via PDA

* Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

This role will include a call out rota, which is 1 in every 4 weeks.

Company Benefits:

* Basic Salary: £31,000 - £32,000

* Callout OTE - £2500 - £3000

Candidate Requirements

* Full UK Drivers License

* Carpentry Bias

* Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential

* 5+ years experience within a similar role building/multi trade role

Working Hours

* Monday – Friday

* 40 Hours Per Week

Essential:

* Full Driving Licence

Desirable:

* NVQ/City Guilds
