Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVACR Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves working on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, covering breakdowns, servicing, maintenance, and installations across domestic and commercial sites.

This is a mobile, door-to-door role, ideal for someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team. Excellent progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair emergency breakdowns

* Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems

* Work on both domestic and commercial properties

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance

* Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards

* Communicate professionally with customers on-site

* Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVACR (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* F-Gas Qualification

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Full, clean UK driving licence

* Good time management and customer service skills

* Willingness to travel across Lincolnshire, London, and surrounding areas
