Chubb Fire & Security is looking for a Security Engineer based in Mansfield / Lincoln. This role is entry‑level, full‑time, and focuses on information technology within the security and investigations industry.

Salary

Opportunity to earn up to £40,000 per year (basic plus supplements based on experience)

Location

Mansfield / Lincoln and surrounding area; localised patch work with minimal travel.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct routine inspections of commercial, domestic and integrated security systems.
  • Plan and perform maintenance and repairs; field‑based work across the region.
  • Provide technical advice on security best practices and product offerings.
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a structured after‑hours call‑out rota to provide timely support on a rotational schedule.
What We Look For
  • Technical industry knowledge – exposure to intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, etc.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills – assess risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – clear communication with stakeholders and customers.
  • Adaptability – handle dynamic situations and changing regulations.
  • Full current UK driving licence.
