Mercedes Benz Renewals Specialist

Mercedes Benz dealership in Lincoln is looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focussed Renewals Specialist. The role works Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. You will be handling outbound telephone calls to an existing customer database to explain new finance options and assist customers in arranging the purchase of their next vehicle.

Base pay range is provided by Listers. Your actual salary will be based on your skills and experience. Please discuss details with your recruiter.

• Communicate with the existing customer base (no cold calling) to explain the features and value of new finance options.
• Encourage and coordinate appointments for customers to experience and evaluate vehicles.
• Process finance applications directly from customers and establish credit facilities.
• Enhance the number of finance applications through diverse channels.
• Ensure customers are offered all eligible products in line with Lister’s Group Policy of “Treating Customers Fairly”.
• Coordinate appointments with customers and sales executives to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post‑visit customer care calls to confirm outcomes and next actions.
• Maintain auditable contact records to comply with regulations and brand standards.

• Previous experience in a telephone‑based role.
• Proven track record of achieving successful sales targets and generating appointments.
• Experience explaining products to retail customers, ideally finance options (training will be provided if needed).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service initiative and ability to deliver impeccable service.
