Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Brayford Medical Practice, Lincoln

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us on a permanent basis, working 15 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible by agreement). This well‑supported role enables ANPs to work autonomously, safely, and sustainably as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Independently assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and differentiated conditions
• Manage acute, same‑day and routine presentations in line with agreed clinical scope and competencies
• Prescribe medications appropriately as an independent prescriber
• Request, interpret and act upon diagnostic tests and investigations
• Provide follow‑up care, safety‑netting and onward referrals as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using Systm One

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with Advanced Practice qualification (Masters level or equivalent)
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300)
• Significant post‑registration clinical experience, ideally in primary care or urgent care
• Ability to work autonomously and manage clinical risk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and teamwork

• Experience working in general practice
• Specialist interest relevant to primary care
• Experience using Systm One
• Leadership or mentoring experience
