Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £53,750

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days & nights (4 days / 4 nights)

Location: Kirton

Pension: Employer doubles employee's contribution up to 10%

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a heavy manufacturing company based in Kirton. You will be part of a small team, assisting with all activities that help the site run as efficiently as possible. Engineers will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 (apprentice trained or equivalent) and will have experience working within a manufacturing environment.

• Ensuring machines are kept running smoothly and on track with the planned maintenance schedule
• Carry out repairs to production breakdowns in an efficient and safe manner
• Compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep production running efficiently
• Ensure all risk assessment / safe system of work / permit to work are adhered to

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - ideally apprentice trained
• Experienced working within a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Strong focus on Health & Safety
• Works well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
