Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Lincoln
Contract Details: Temporary (6 months)
Shifts: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am rotating shift pattern
Salary: From £16.50 per hour

- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Organize and use machine related tools, and equipment relevant in production.
- Plan and lay out work, prepare components or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
- Process components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine-related programming, if required.
- Perform basic or specifically defined maintenance operations.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
- Proven experience in CNC machining
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and quality inspection methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls
- Knowledge of programming CNC machines
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards
- CNC Milling and Turning Machines
- Measuring Equipment (callipers, micrometres)
- CAD/CAM Software
