Culture Advisor
As culture advisor, you will undertake projects that drive cultural shifts by embedding new behaviours and leadership mindsets across a range of people‑related processes across the employee lifecycle, using your understanding of people and organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver projects to embed new behavioural expectations and mindset shifts across the employee lifecycle.
- Work alongside programme partners to influence embedding the Guiding Principles in wider organisational ways of working (e.g., governance, communications, change management).
- Create tools, guidance and supporting materials.
- Facilitate and support workshops and engagement sessions.

Requirements- Experience in culture/behavioural change, organisational design, HR or people development.
- Proven communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate principles and concepts into practical actions.
- Evidence of organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery.
As Project manager, you will lead programme delivery through clear and effective planning, coordination and governance. You will bring structure, clear communication and confidence managing risks, stakeholders and progress.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks and reporting.
- Coordinate activity with key stakeholders.
- Support communication, engagement and change management activity.
- Proven project management experience (fully accredited in Prince 2/APM etc. or working towards it).
- Evidence of organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery.
- Good knowledge and experience of operating in a project management environment and of helping drive organisational culture change.
- Track record of great communication, collaboration, strategic thinking and project delivery.
You will join a new Culture team within the People and Inclusion department of our Strategy, Transformation and Assurance directorate. Locationand Contract
This role is based in a dispersed team and offers flexible working arrangements. You will have a contractual base in an office local to you. Length of contract:
Up to 24 Months.

Interview ProcessInterviews are expected to be held at the end of March, via MS Teams. The role may require some travel across England and occasional overnight stays.
CompetencesProgramme and Project Management – Selects, plans and manages contractors, programmes or events to achieve a set of Environment Agency objectives cost‑effectively.
Delivers Results Through Others – Harnesses the team to deliver results on time, to required standards and in line with organisational processes and procedures.
Communicates Effectively – Listens and questions to understand and engage. Conveys information and ideas clearly, accurately and persuasively through speech and writing.
